Wild Blue Waters is a small, family-run wedding estate. We collect only what you send us — nothing more — and we use it only to respond to you and plan your celebration. We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing.

When you submit an inquiry or write to us, we collect the information you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, wedding date, guest count, and any context you include about your celebration.

Our website also collects a small amount of anonymous, aggregated analytics data — things like which pages are visited most often — so that we can improve the experience over time. This data is not tied to your identity.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry, plan your event, and communicate with you throughout the process. If you become a client, we retain the information needed to coordinate your wedding weekend.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the small internal team that hosts your wedding, and — with your knowledge — by any vendors you engage through us (planners, caterers, photographers). We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your information with anyone else.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold on you at any time by writing to hello@wildbluewaters.com. We'll confirm within a reasonable timeframe.
