Hilo International (ITO) is the closest option for most guests and the easiest arrival. Kona International (KOA), on the opposite coast, offers more nonstop mainland routes and a scenic drive across the island. Both work — we help couples decide based on where their guests are coming from.

The private four-bedroom villa comfortably sleeps up to ten overnight guests — typically the couple, immediate family, and closest wedding party. For larger groups we share a curated list of nearby vacation rentals and boutique inns.

There are several distinct locations on one property: dramatic ocean cliffs above the Pacific, a spacious oceanfront reception lawn, intimate rainforest settings framed by palms and giant ferns, an ocean-view bar, and pool and jacuzzi surrounds. Most couples use two or three across the weekend.

Yes — Hawai‘i Island elopements, intimate micro weddings, vow renewals, and multi-day destination weddings are all welcome. The estate scales to whatever shape your celebration takes.

Weddings happen here year-round. The east side of Hawai‘i Island stays lush and green thanks to passing tropical showers. We plan around the season with a weather-flexible timeline and written rain plan, so the day flows well regardless of conditions.

Yes. The estate is fully vendor-flexible — you're welcome to bring any licensed and insured Hawai‘i wedding vendors you love. We're happy to share a shortlist of trusted local photographers, planners, caterers, florists, musicians, and officiants when it's helpful.

Catering is arranged through your chosen vendor. The estate accommodates full-service caterers, private chefs, food trucks, and family-style setups on the reception lawn or in the villa. Kitchen, prep space, and power are all on-site.

Yes. Amplified music and live musicians are welcome, with standard end-of-evening quiet hours common to residential estates. Load-in, power, and setup logistics are walked through during the planning process.

Estate wedding packages start at $8,900 for The Moment (24 hours), $10,900 for The Embrace (3 days / 2 nights), and $12,900 for The Journey (5 days / 4 nights). Every package includes exclusive private access to the entire property.

Exclusive estate access, ceremony and reception use, the four-bedroom villa, pool and jacuzzi, ocean-view bar, preparation spaces for both sides of the wedding party, parking, electrical, and post-event cleaning. Longer packages add overnight stays and additional gathering time.

Vendors and personal services — planner, catering, florals, photography, officiant, live music — are hired separately. This lets you build the exact team you want without the estate marking up outside work.

Peak-season dates typically book nine to eighteen months in advance. Shoulder-season and midweek dates are often available on shorter notice. If you have a firm date, tell us — we'll be honest about what's realistic.
